The AI-Powered Mentor–Mentee Mentorship (M³) Program is SIENNA’s signature professional development initiative designed to empower IENs through reciprocal learning, leadership development, and community building. Unlike traditional mentorship models, M³ adopts a bidirectional, strengths-based approach where every participant serves as both a mentor and a mentee. This philosophy recognizes that every IEN brings valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences while continuing to learn and grow professionally.

Using AI-supported assessments, the program helps participants identify their strengths, development areas, and career aspirations to facilitate meaningful mentorship connections. Throughout the 6- to 12-month program, participants engage in virtual mentorship sessions, peer learning circles, workshops, and reflective activities that foster confidence, resilience, and professional growth.

 

The M³ Program promotes successful workforce integration, reciprocal learning, psychological safety, inclusion, and leadership development. Participants gain access to global best practices, expand their professional networks, and strengthen the competencies needed to thrive in diverse healthcare environments while contributing their own expertise to others.

 

Upon completion, participants receive a SIENNA M³ Certificate and Digital Badge recognizing their commitment to lifelong learning and collaborative leadership.​​
