SIENNA Elects Luis Caso-Vega as Board Secretary

Barrington, NJ — October 26, 2025 — The Society of Internationally Educated Nurses in North America (SIENNA) is pleased to announce the election of Luis E. Caso Vega, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, CEN, as Secretary of the SIENNA Board of Directors. Mr. Caso Vega assumes the role effective immediately and will serve through June 30, 2027.

A dedicated leader within SIENNA, Mr. Caso Vega has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2024, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth and strategic direction. He is also recognized as the founding Chair of SIENNA’s Social Media Commission and the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Commission, where he helped establish foundational initiatives that strengthened engagement, visibility, and inclusive leadership across the organization.

In his new role, Mr. Caso Vega will support Board operations, governance documentation, and strategic continuity, building on his prior service and leadership within the organization.
